I myself am mind dominant. It can feel like a disconnect from your body, aloof and distant. You might be a daydreamer or find you get lost in thought easily.
If you have a hard time connecting with others because your unable to disconnect from your thoughts long enough to actively listen or stay present, then your mind dominant.
When your mind dominant, you might end up over thinking yourself into anxiety, depression, or other mental health disorders.

I know I am so deeply mind dominant that in order to find balance I have to spend a lot of time doing these activities.
Once I commit to the activities and have an inner peace with my mind and body, I can soften my approach to maintain the mind body connection.
Ive had the most success with doing hot yoga, or qi gong, but thats because I enjoy those activities.
