If you’re like most of us, your mind is constantly bouncing from subject to subject with something – work, kids, bills – the list never ends.

So how do we find peace of mind in all the chaos?

Well, let’s turn to our ancestors for advice since and see what it is our lives are missing that was so crucial in theirs.

It’s the everyday little things that add up to one big thing.

That slow intentional living that connected them with the world around them, rather then being stuck in the rat race of endless to do lists.

One of the best things we can do to foster mind peace is to practice mindfulness and be present at the moment.

Small steps such as getting out into nature, doing yoga or tai chi, learning an instrument, or writing down thoughts and feelings in a journal can help bring peacefulness and clarity.

Additionally, making time for yourself and remembering that life doesn’t have to be perfect to be enjoyable, and you don’t have to be good at something to do it and have fun, can also aid in achieving this treasured state mind of mind.

1.) Neurofeedback

Using neurofeedback as a mental health tool is such an awesome option to take advantage of that has never been a choice until recently.

Why not take advantage of the scientific breakthroughs offering us the possibility of open ended peace of mind?

There are so many choices as well that make it way more fun.

Some are games, some are sound based, and some have vibrations involved.

After all, mental well-being is easily one of the most important things we need to manage in our lives and its a super important part of our health.

These tools make it so easy to change your brainwaves manually in real time and get on the right track with our emotional health.

The science behind it is especially interesting, suggesting that, with regular usage and guidance, we really can ‘train’ ourselves to think and feel differently over time – making neurofeedback a worthwhile investment.

2.) Sauna

Using a sauna can seem like a strange concept for finding peace of mind, but it may well be one stop shop for all your well-being needs.

It’s been long known that sweating is great for both mind and body, stimulating endorphins and releasing tension among many other benefits.

Relaxing in this low-stress environment a few times a week may just be the key to having clear thoughts and a peaceful mind.

Who knew sweating could be the answer to all our health problems?

3.) Start Using an Ice Bath

Taking a plunge in cold water will do wonders for your peace of mind.

Okay, so hear me out. I know it sounds nuts, but I promise I have the science to back it up.

To summarize the study, it took them awhile to figure out why it helps, but essentially it improves glucose homeostasis. (AKA it improves your bodies ability to regulate blood sugar.)

Ice Baths are also proven to help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, along with many other health benefits.

For peacefulness seekers out there, let me suggest giving a good, old-fashioned ice bath a try – it just might open up doors of tranquility you never knew existed!

Try Sauna and Ice Bathing together to kick it up a notch! This is called contrast therapy, and is often done in Finland, the happiest country in the world! (I’m a proud Finnish American myself if you can’t tell!)

4.) Quantum Leaping

Is it possible to Quantum Leap your way to greater peace of mind?

As we move closer and closer to revealing the mysteries of quantum mechanics, who knows what kind of capabilities could be unlocked?

We know quantum leaping is possible for individual particles, so why not consciousness?

Then, true peace of mind wouldn’t just be a wish but rather a welcome companion throughout the journey of life.

Either way, aligning with your goals and dreams in this way are a form of visualization, which is a very helpful tool indeed.

5.) Connect Mind and Body

To truly have complete peace of mind, you must also connect that inner peace to your body.

It’s no surprise that mind and body are intimately intertwined – after all, our minds do their best work when we’ve had enough sleep, a balanced meal, and plenty of exercises.

The mind loves to wander, so it’s hardly ever content – but with proper care for both mind and body, peace of mind can be achieved with relative ease.

While there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to conjoining mind and body for ultimate relaxation, some popular examples include meditation, yoga or tai chi, deep breathing exercises and even journaling.

When mind and body alignment is achieved enjoyably, clarity ensues, and inner happiness flourishes!

6.) Earthing/Grounding

Most of us are aware of the earth’s calming presence, the familiar smell of the earth, and its tremendous power to ground us and support us in our quest for peace of mind after a stressful day.

But did you know that consciously connecting with the earth can reduce feelings of stress and worry while granting us a greater sense of inner peace?

Known as earthing or grounding, this practice involves physical contact with the earth’s surface to facilitate a connection between the earth’s natural energy and our bodies.

The earth actually releases electrons that the body draws in that promotes a ton of health benefits.

There are options like earthing mats for those who dont have a regular opportunity to walk barefoot outside.

So go on, give it a try: kick off your shoes for an earthy stroll and get ready for some serious zen vibes!

Molli Lou’s Marbles

A habit I picked up from my best friend is the 5 points on the ground method I often hear her remind her kids to do. All you have to do is sit with your bum on the ground, kick off your shoes, and put your bare feet and hands directly on the ground.

7.) Float Tank

For centuries, various methods have been utilized to reach mental stillness and better mental states, but none of them quite compare to entering a float tank.

The point of using a tank is to experience complete sensory deprivation.

Float tanks contain salt water that’s warmed to precisely match the air temperature.

Suspended in the middle of the room, you will feel like you’re floating with nothing around you except silence and darkness.

With no stimulation from outside sources, it allows your body and mind to relax and focus on tuning into yourself.

Once you go through this experience, it almost guarantees that you’ve achieved mental clarity and peace of mind.

Not to mention, if you can survive 90 minutes without looking at your phone or thinking about all the other things clogging up your mental space—You will see the impact on your mental well-being for sure!

8.) Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy may sound like something out of a sci-fi movie, but it’s an effective way to gain some much-needed peace of mind.

What this therapy is extra good for is reducing oxidative stress, which is what happens when there is an oxygen imbalance in your cells. (to simplify the explanation) and in turn, reduces aging as well as many other health benefits.

The process is simple – breathe in pure oxygen while inside a pressurized chamber, and get back to feeling relaxed!

Who wouldn’t want some stress-free bliss?

9.) Tree Bathing

One of the best-kept secrets to peace of mind is tree bathing.

This ancient practice has been around for centuries, but most people are unaware of its countless benefits.

Tree bathing combines meditation and breathwork with reverence for the beauty of nature, allowing us to connect with both ourselves and the environment around us.

It is a great way to take a break from the hustle and bustle of modern life and find peace within.

With all the worry and stress that our daily lives can bring, there is no denying that a bit of peaceful tree bathing regularly could be just what you need!

10.) Functional Mushroom

Try functional mushrooms!

For centuries mushrooms have been revered for their medicinal properties, and now they could be the key to a calmer you.

Research has revealed that certain types of mushrooms, such as Lion’s Mane, can help improve focus and mental clarity while reducing anxiety and depression.

So next time you find yourself longing for a little inner peace, why not reach for the shrooms instead of the sugar bowl?

11.) Nootropics

Tired of having your mind wander throughout the day and being too distracted to stay focused on what’s important?

Enter: nootropics.

What are nootropics you ask?

They’re natural herbal supplements aimed at helping you increase mental clarity and get more productive work done with a sense of peace that all tasks have been sufficiently completed.

When taken correctly, they can be the agent of change from a wandering mind to one that feels refreshed and revitalized – a great way to make sure you’re living your best life.

So maybe this is the answer you’ve been searching for all along!

12.) Reduce Inflammation

It can be hard to worry less in our buzzy and fast-paced society, but here’s a helpful tip: reducing inflammation is one way to find the peace of mind we’re all looking for.

It may not sound like much at first, but if worry and stress are taking up too much headspace, fighting off inflammation can lead to better mental well-being and overall health.

Who knows – it could be the difference between waking up so frazzled that you forget your keys in the freezer, or walking out with them in hand and a smile on your face!

13.) Holistic Thinking

If peace of mind is the goal, holistic thinking can help you get there.

It’s a relaxed approach to problem-solving that encourages people to consider multiple angles and look toward harmonious solutions.

Holistic thinking may take a bit more effort up front than traditional problem-solving – but once your goal is attained, it makes it all worth it.

After all, peace can be one of life’s greatest gifts; a way to stay grounded even as our lives become busy and complicated.

So why not strive for peace most holistically?

14.) MCT Oil

Looking for some sense of peace of mind?

Well, look no further than MCT oil – the wonder supplement which is being hailed as a modern-day miracle!

Providing relief from everything from mental slumps to gut health issues, MCT oil greases up your system so you can go about your day with the sense of calm and clarity you truly deserve.

Now, who said miracles don’t exist?

15.) Hypnotherapy

Has anxiety ever kept you from doing the things you love and making your life miserable?

Don’t be scared anymore; hypnotherapy might be the answer to all of your struggles.

Hypnotherapy is known to be surprisingly effective in calming anxiety turning it into a minor obstacle or even something that no longer affects you.

You’ll be joking confidently and contentedly with friends again in no time!

16.) Meditation

Meditation may not be for everyone, but it sure can’t hurt to give it a try!

Dedicating even just ten minutes each day to calm and silence your mind can have lasting effects that will promote peace and well-being.

Instead of stressing over deadlines or events, try meditating on your timeframe.

Who knows – you may even surprise yourself with how quickly the calm sets in and takes residence in the depths of your very soul!

17.) Therapeutic Journaling

Writing has always been an effective tool for expressing thoughts, feelings, and emotions that are too hard to put into words.

With therapeutic journaling, writing takes on another purpose and meaning.

Therapeutic writing can help bring inner peace, clarity of mind, healing, and understanding – all without saying a single word!

When we write from our heart it serves as a release allowing us to better process what’s going on in our lives.

In other words, writing can be seen as an escape hatch from our complicated heads taking us one step closer to finding peace of mind.

18.) Art Therapy

When finding peace can seem an impossible task, art therapy is the perfect way to unlock your inner calm.

It is a form of self-expression through creativity that gives insight into yourself and your emotions.

Whether you choose to draw, paint, sculpt, or create music, a little creativity can go a long way to finding balance.

Art therapy provides the opportunity to process stress and even work through trauma while finding new ways of performing daily tasks to boost your mental health.

Who knew finding peace of mind could be so artistic?

19.) Practice Radical Acceptance

Practicing radical acceptance can seem a bit extreme for some, but if you’re looking for peace of mind it’s worth considering.

It involves taking the stance that all that happens in life is supposed to happen and, though we may not like it, there are valuable lessons to be learned so we can grow from any experience.

Instead of fighting against situations in life and struggling to find comfort in them, radical acceptance allows us to recognize we don’t always have control.

Allowing yourself to accept and see life events for what they are can help pave the way for increased mental well-being.

At least that’s what I’m telling myself daily – makes me feel better!

20.) Practice Gratitude

A little bit of gratitude can go a long way, especially when it comes to peace of mind.

Just like lifting weights strengthens our physical bodies, saying ‘thank you’ even for the small blessings in life helps to flex our mindfulness muscles.

You don’t even need fancy equipment or a complicated workout routine – just take a few minutes out of your day to be grateful for the world around you. In no time at all, your peace of mind will thank you!

21.) Mindfulness

Achieving peace of mind isn’t rocket science, but it sure can feel like it.

Fortunately, there’s mindfulness – a practice that can help ground you and put the past and future firmly in the back seat.

With mindfulness, it is only a few deep breaths away!

When life gets overwhelming, try to carve out some time for yourself to practice Mindfulness.

Whether it’s 15 minutes or an hour, you’ll be surprised at how easy it is once you’ve learned how to tap into it.

So why not give yourself permission to slow down and savor the peace? You never know when the calm will hit until you take that first step.

Molli Lou’s Marbles

A great mindfulness routine is to do a daily body scan. Find a comfortable place to rest with your eyes closed in whatever position feels right for you. Feel each body part independently, starting with each individual finger working your way up and around your entire body,

22.) Jar of Success

Have you ever found yourself caught up in the cycle of failure, endlessly trying and failing again and again until you feel like giving up?

Well, I suggest shaking that cycle and replacing it with a new one where success reigns supreme.

Gather all your wins, big and small, write them on little slips of paper, and put them into a jar–whether it’s getting an A on that math test or finally remembering to put the milk back in the refrigerator.

Each time you experience even a smidgen of success complete your jar by adding something to it no matter how small.

Soon enough you will find yourself surrounded by an array of accomplishments that can be seen day in and day out providing you with ongoing peace of mind.

23.) Get Enough Sleep

It’s no secret that getting enough sleep is beneficial for both your physical and mental health.

After all, catching you zzz’s will ensure that you have the right amount of energy to tackle the day with a smile and get your work done without losing focus.

However, if you’re still not making enough time to clock in seven or eight hours of sound sleep per night, how about aiming for serenity with zero stress?

Think about it: getting extra rest can help grant you the peace of mind you need to take on any activity fearlessly!

Don’t cut yourself short, give yourself that much-needed boost with a few more hours of snoozing.

24.) Yoga

How can getting physical help you achieve mental clarity? It’s simple, practicing yoga!

Involving physical fitness with mindfulness is the perfect way to achieve peace of mind.

Yoga benefits physical health as well, as it increases flexibility and strength as you flow through positions.

Additionally, it energizes the body and can restore balance from physical exhaustion from everyday life.

So come on friends, grab a yoga mat, get into position, take a few deep breaths, and find serenity on the mat.

25.) Sing and Dance

What better way to rejuvenate the mind than to bust out some moves on the dance floor?

Whether it’s shaking your booty or striking a pose at karaoke, singing, and dancing are two surefire ways to get a little peace of mind.

Not only does singing an upbeat tune or two improve your mood, but moving your body has been known to reduce stress levels – so don’t be afraid of hitting the dance floor!

26.) Laugh

laughter is a surefire way to bring some much-needed peace of mind.

When we find something funny, it releases feelings of joy and contentment that can be felt throughout the entire body.

It’s no wonder our moods tend to lighten up whenever we hear a friend tell a good joke or watch a hilarious movie.

Not only do feelings of elation spring forth, but so too do feelings of calm and relaxation as stress just melts away.

Disputes become less relevant and feelings of care often take precedence. So the next time you need a morale boost, don’t forget that you already have all the tools you need — just laugh!

27.) Cry

Admit it – stress isn’t the most enjoyable of activities, yet we all seem to be asking for an encore this year.

We can’t let our stress levels keep stacking up like Tetris blocks though, which is why a cry for inner calm is just what the doctor ordered.

Everyone needs to make time to sit back and relax; not only will it help reduce stress, but you’ll also be able to enjoy life a little bit more.

So take care of yourself – because if you don’t, who will?

28.) Connect with a Friend

When life gets tough, there’s nothing better than having a good friend to lean on.

Taking a few moments out of your day to connect with someone you trust can do wonders for both your mental and emotional well-being.

Whether it’s via text, video call, or a socially distanced hangout, having an outlet to share your thoughts and feelings can provide much-needed solace during tough times.

Give yourself the gift of friendship – you’ll be glad you did!

29.) EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is the perfect way to calm your mind and achieve peace of mind.

EFT essentially works as a form of psychological acupuncture, without the need for needles of course.

It’s a relatively simple but effective technique that helps you clear away any negative emotions that are blocking you from achieving mental balance.

You can think of it as tuning up your emotional engine — not only does it empower you to feel better about yourself, but it’s also free and with no side effects whatsoever!

So if you want to stop feeling angsty and redirected your focus back onto inner serenity, the emotional freedom technique could be just what you’re looking for.

That’s why if you’re looking for mindfulness, yoga could be a perfect remedy!

Namaste!

31.) Qi Gong/ Tai Chi

These alternative health regimens are, in fact, the step up you need when it comes to finding peace of mind.

What Qi Gong and Tai Chi provide is a form of meditation that requires us to be aware of our body’s movements while being mindful of our thoughts.

Balance your anxiety with these soothing techniques, applying an almost rhythmic flow when you move to keep anxiety at bay.

Find balance, concentration, and discipline through these exercises, and let anxiety stand aside!

32.) Nourish your Body

Nourishing your body is one of the easiest and most effective ways to become centered.

Not only will you fuel your body to ensure it has all it needs to function, but you’ll find that you have an increased sense of mental and emotional acuity as well.

A healthy breakfast or a quick snack throughout the day can give you the energy boost necessary for tackling tough tasks, as well as help you focus on what truly matters in life: feeling content and satisfied with your life overall.

Your diet should be an ally, not a foe – set yourself up for success by filling your fridge with goodies that are both nutritiously dense and utterly delicious!

33.) Hydrate

Drinking plenty of water can help to keep your wits about you!

Sometimes, when life throws you the occasional curveball, it’s easy to get a little overwhelmed–but if you remember to reach for a glass of cold, crisp H2O, then you’ll have a much better chance at keeping and maintaining your peace of mind.

After all, an ounce of hydration is worth a pound of worry! So don’t overexert yourself; pull up a comfy chair and enjoy some chill time with a healthy beverage. Your brain (not to mention your body!) will thank you.

34.) Practice Breath Work

Practicing breathwork can provide a sense of calm that helps to reduce stress in our lives.

Focusing on controlling your breath can clear the clutter in your head, allowing you to find clarity of thought and tap into your creative energy.

Since it’s just you and your breath, there’s no need to find the perfect studio or investment in expensive equipment – with breath work you are the expert at working with yourself!

So if life has been busy or chaotic lately, why not give yourself some time with some strategic slow inhales and exhales to recenter and refocus?

Who knows, it could be just the thing to help get you back on track!

35.) Go for a Walk

Taking a walk is the perfect way to recenter yourself and get a little peace of mind.

Carving out some time to wander around outside can also help a person take a break from their worries and relax.

After all, sometimes it’s necessary to take twenty steps away before you can take two steps closer to an issue.

For this reason, a person should never underestimate the power of walking – it can lead to valuable discoveries, new perspectives, and greater balance and harmony in life!

36.) Get Some Vitamin D

Is your life feeling gray?

An extra dose of Vitamin D could be the perfect cure!

Why not spend some time in the sun, and watch as all your worries fade away with your tan lines?

Getting enough vitamin D doesn’t have to leave you looking like a lobster either; all you need is 10-30 minutes per day in the sunshine to reap its health benefits!

Enjoy the fresh air, find a little peace of mind and stock up on that Vitamin D.

It’s a win-win for sure.

37.) Declutter

It’s easy to feel bogged down by life’s messes both inside and outside our homes.

Decluttering doesn’t just make physical spaces tidier, it can make our lives dramatically less chaotic as well!

Making some simple changes, such as organizing a closet or tidying up a desk, can have a major impact on the clarity of thought and feelings of peace.

So toss out your stress along with the junk and make space for relaxation!

Not only will you be reaping the benefits of having a clean living space, but you’ll also free up more time for things that bring you joy.

38.) Get in the Water

Looking for a way to give your brain a rest from the daily grind?

Why not try something unconventional – like getting in the water?

Swimming, surfing, kayaking or just floating around can provide mental relief unlike anything else.

It’s no surprise that this secret stress reliever has been known to celebrities and beach bums alike; giving your worries a break while you navigate riptide cosmically acknowledges that life is ever-changing and can be surprisingly beautiful in its chaos.

So take the plunge and emerge with a clearer perspective on things.

From beachfront getaways to city sightseeing tours, there are so many different ways to explore new grounds and restore your sense of calm.

40.) Learn Something New

Trying something new can be intimidating, but it may be the best way to shift your perspective.

Finding an activity that you enjoy enhances health and well-being, reduces stress, and gives you something to look forward to.

Whether you learn a language, pick up a musical instrument, or try a new hobby like gardening or painting, there are a variety of paths available for engaging your curiosity and creativity.

What’s more, learning something new invigorates your brain with endorphins—yes, even when it’s hard work!

So don’t be afraid to take that first step towards expanding your horizons; it may just give you the tranquil calmness you’ve been looking for.

41.) Do a Puzzle

If you want to make sure you have peace of mind, there’s no better way than to challenge it with a puzzle.

Puzzles not only help to keep your mind sharp and active, but they also give you a sense of accomplishment as you take each piece and figure out where it goes.

Inner peace of mind has never been as easy to find as when piecing together rows and columns of wooden shapes into making something beautiful – a finished puzzle!

So why not get yourself away from all the distractions of daily life, grab a puzzle or two, and work on it until those peace-giving pieces come together?

Molli Lou’s Marbles

At my house we almost always have a puzzle going! Everyone tinkers away at it from my 5 year old, 12 year old, to me and my Hubby. It’s great for finding your center when you’re feeling chaotic, or as a way to start your morning. It’s fabulous screen free busy work, and SUPER satisfying.

42.) Drink a Warm Beverage

A warm beverage is a great way to get the peace of mind you’re looking for.

Whether it be your favorite hot tea or a classic cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows, there is something incredibly calming and reassuring about wrapping your hands around a mug of warm goodness.

Take that sense of wellbeing even further by finding a cozy spot, closing your eyes, and letting the warmth embrace you as you take in the delicate aromas.

Enjoy that moment of tranquility. You deserve it!

43.) Snuggle Up with a Weighted Blanket

Don’t stress, just snuggle!

That’s the motto for those in need of stress relief and peace of mind.

Weighted blankets have become the go-to for stress sufferers seeking a natural way to help calm their minds and relax their bodies. Whether it be restless nights or moments of tension at work, snuggling up with one of these cozy finds can provide relief when sleep aids or other options just aren’t working. So don’t stress – just snuggle. The weighted blanket is here to help!

44.) Close a Loop with the Zeigarnik Effect

With a new to-do list every day, it can be hard to keep up with all the tasks we accumulate.

It’s even harder when unfinished projects are left uncharted and unaccomplished.

Does this scenario sound too familiar?

If so, it might be time to consider utilizing the Zeigarnik Effect for improved headspace.

Developed by Soviet psychologist Bluma Zeigarnik in 1927, this principle suggests that incomplete tasks tend to have more cognitive persistence than completed ones.

By closing a loop on any open-ended endeavors, mental energy is freed up for other activities – and you can sleep easier at night!

45.) Read a Magical Book

Reading any book can be like an escape from the real world and a magical one can be a surefire way to soothe your soul.

A good story with some spellbinding elements can provide the perfect antidote for all your worries and concerns, transporting you to places in your imagination that you can only dream of!

Whether it’s a delightful fantasy or a captivating adventure, immersing yourself in a magical book is guaranteed to bring you some inner joy.

So why not give it a try – you may just find the perfect solution for getting through those trying moments!

46.) Unplug

A digital detox is like a mental vacation – can you just imagine a few days without checking your phone?

These days, it’s hard to find the peace of mind we all crave because of our constant need to stay connected.

Taking time to unplug and log off can be surprisingly rewarding, allowing us some much-needed time to focus on ourselves without worrying about texts, work emails, or what everyone else is doing on social media.

So don’t just wish for peace in your life… unplug and watch your worries drift away!

47.) Say No

Saying “no” can feel hard – worry takes over and worry wins out.

But when we take things back into our own hands, worry loses its power.

So here’s the thing, don’t worry about making someone unhappy if your no is firm enough.

When you’re at peace with saying no to anything that isn’t good for either your mental or physical health, you’ll find yourself feeling an immense sense of freedom and peace of mind.

Stop worrying – start saying ‘no’.

48.) Say Yes

Saying yes to yourself is the key to finding peace of mind, and who doesn’t want that?

When feelings such as frustration, hopelessness, and sadness come up, it’s all too easy to drown them in a “no” attitude.

This can be especially tempting for those feelings that come with feeling guilty about something or wanting a break from reality.

But saying yes instead can open up the possibility of joy, contentment, and new experiences – why not permit yourself to feel alive?

All you have to do is be brave enough to put away expectations others have of you and say ‘yes’ – on your terms!

49.) Play in the Dirt

Not sure how to decompress and find peace of mind after a stressful situation?

Why not try therapy, in the form of gardening?

Whether you are a novice or an experienced green thumb, there is something therapeutic about getting down and dirty and seeing your hard work blossom.

Working with soil has been found to reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, allowing you to flitter away your worries and simply enjoy nature—within the confines of your backyard.

Don’t shy away from playing in the dirt; it might just be the answer to feeling at peace.

50.) Do a High Impact Low Effort Workout

For those with increasingly busier lives, finding time to work out can be tough.

So why not make the most of your time and opt for a high-impact low effort workout with a vibration plate?

A whole-body workout while standing still, this type of exercise is an efficient way to maximize the benefits in the shortest amount of time.

The vibrational platform also works wonders to soothe the body’s aches and pains and can even help reduce stress levels.

Now that’s what we call getting some peace of mind in one workout session!

51.) Bake

A delicious treat is always at the end of it all, but there’s also something more.

Working an ingredient list step by step, creating from scratch, and having a fully formed result that you can show off brings with it a huge sense of accomplishment.

Besides, as much fun as eating cake is, sometimes it’s nice to have a little peace of mind before you start on that part!

52.) Slow Living

Going slow never sounded so good when it comes to finding peace of mind!

With the fast-paced world we live in, it can sometimes feel like time is passing us by.

Taking stock of the moment and slowing down your life allows you to savor all that life has to offer instead of rushing through it.

The idea of ‘Slow Living’ means having better quality over quantity when it comes to activities, food, and relationships.

What’s more peaceful than taking a moment to enjoy simple pleasures?

With Slow Living, there are no constraints or strict schedules – just enjoying the present moment with intention and mindfulness.

So take a break, take long walks in nature, pay attention to the little details – become an expert on living happily at a slower pace!

53.) Embrace Cyclical Living

If feeling overwhelmed with life is starting to be the norm, it may be time to start embracing a more cyclical way of living.

Cycling around with the natural ebb and flow of life will bring its kind of peace and balance – not to mention reducing stress levels significantly.

After all, sustainable serenity is often found in the practice of being able to recognize when moments are fleeting and everything is constantly changing.

Allowing yourself the freedom to go with the flow can free up both your body and mind for other things like enjoying quality conversations and hobbies.

Embrace cyclical living now!

54.) Cloud Gaze or Star Gaze

Looking up at the stars is an activity with a long history, centered around exploration and peace of mind.

People have gazed into space since the dawn of man, but recent technology makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Cloud Gaze or Star Gaze is a modern experience that allows beleaguered urbanites to transport themselves away from their worries if only for a few moments each night.

Whether it’s watching the clouds drift by in the daytime, or admiring bright stars in the evening sky after sunset, ‘Cloud Gaze or Star Gaze’ provides an escape from our stressful modern lives and offers peace of mind on those long summer nights.

55.) Roast a Perfect Marshmallow

If standard meditation isn’t cutting it when your looking to find peace of mind, perhaps it’s time to take a more delicious approach: roast a perfect marshmallow.

Just don’t forget that patience is key — with too much heat, your marshmallow will quickly turn from golden goodness to burnt disaster!

Find just the right balance and your treat will be not only delectable but relaxing too.

Try to imagine that each step – setting up the campfire, picking out the right stick, and finding the best spot to begin your meditation – has been crafted into this heavenly confection.

With its warm texture delivering sweet satisfaction, roast a perfect marshmallow and take comfort in knowing that every aspect of life can bring joy.

There are so many hidden forms of meditation you can do that don’t require sitting very still with your eyes closed. Notice what works for you as you live your life, and try to incorporate one of these simple meditative experiences every day.

56.) Make a Collage or Vision Board

Have you ever heard the saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’?

Well, this couldn’t be truer when it comes to improving your physical and mental health.

Why not take advantage of its magical powers to create an inspiring collage or vision board filled with colors, images, and affirmations that bring peace to your mind?

Gather pictures and quotes that invoke positive emotions in you such as wisdom and gratitude, cut them out, or print them in a visually appealing way and hang it somewhere visible; perhaps on a bedroom wall where you can see them daily.

Allow it to remind you of purposeful intentions for yourself – this is essential for cultivating peace of mind. A reminder of what we think about can shape our lives, so start thinking beautiful thoughts!

57.) Reorganize your Purse or Bag

Why not try making a vivid collage or vision board?

Clear out your creative juices and have fun with them, choosing eye-catching images, quotes, and colors that resonate with you.

When your collage is complete, you’ll have a visual representation of what you truly desire – a perfect reminder to stay focused on the positive.

Have it near your work area or add it to your home décor so that when you need a calming moment or an inspiring pick-me-up, you can just take a glance at your beautiful creation and chill out.

58.) Use a Planner

Finding the time to get everything done can be difficult; balancing work, family, hobbies, and other commitments can be downright overwhelming.

We all know the feeling of anxiety that comes with the hecticness of modern life.

But don’t worry–the solution to this stress-inducing dilemma is easier than you think: using a planner!

A planner may seem like such a small thing but by jotting down dates and tasks in an organized way, you’ll reduce minor worries to nothing more than a distant memory.

One little piece of paper or an app on your phone can help keep you feeling confident that you won’t miss out on anything important.

So don’t fret – just grab a planner and put your worries aside!

59.) Buy New Underwear

It’s time to unlock a secret hidden in your drawers: buying new underwear is a surefire way to feel more fresh, stylish, and put together.

After all, if you’re starting the day with old skivvies, how can you expect to feel inspired and confident?

Think of that new-underwear feeling as allowing yourself to be wrapped in the luxury of an upgraded wardrobe.

You’ll be radiating a renewed sense of purpose with your newfound peace of mind – so go ahead and treat yourself!

60.) Make a Playlist

What’s the best way to clear your head, lift your spirits, and keep your troubles at bay?

Creating a playlist for peace of mind is the perfect way to achieve all three! We recommend filling it with joy-inducing songs that bring out those feel-good vibes.

Start by including some classic hits from the ‘60s and ‘70s and finish it off with some contemporary melodies.

Sprinkle in some soulful gems or electrifying pop tunes – this playlist should ultimately be tailored specifically to you and make you feel free of stress.

After all, as they say, music soothes even the savage soul.

So go ahead and make that playlist today – it’s sure to bring calmness into any situation!

61.) Protect Your Energy

When life throws too much your way, it’s time to protect your energy and find peace of mind.

Keeping calm and level-headed is the key to a healthy mindset and balanced emotions.

That way you can go through life armed with peace of mind – both are invaluable assets in the ever-changing world around us.

To keep calm means taking some time off to reflect on what matters most.

Be sure to set aside moments of calmness each day; make it a sacred space on your calendar and fill it with things that you love!

Even if it’s just 10 minutes, the calming effects are rippling for hours. In a world full of hard choices and endless distractions, this might be one of the best gifts you can give yourself!

62.) Learn Your Human Design

We can often feel like we’re out at sea while navigating life with little support in sight.

But, have you considered taking an astrological approach to understand yourself better?

Learning your Human Design may be exactly the calm you need – it allows a level of self-knowledge that helps calm the chaos of the world around us.

By unlocking the mysteries within our design structure, we gain invaluable insight into how to best navigate all aspects of our lives.

Plus, it’s pretty cool too!

So why not take advantage of what nature has to offer and explore your Human Design for more peace of mind today?

63.) Or Your Astrology Chart

Unlocking the mysteries of your astrology chart could be the key to finding peace of mind.

Astrology is more than just trying to predict your future; it’s a system based on planetary cycles and universal laws that are designed to help you better understand yourself.

Learning the details of your chart can give you an insight into your relationships, work, and communication style – helping you navigate day-to-day stress with greater calm.

So why not take What’s Your Sign for an enlightening spin? Knowing your stars might be what sets off fireworks in the next year!

64.) Or Your MBTI

If you ever feel out of sorts and like life has hit you with too many curveballs, it might be time to learn more about your Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

MBTI is an indicator designed to measure personality types across different traits classified by the letters E, I, N, S, T, F and J.

When used properly, learning your MBTI can give you a newfound sense of purpose and clarity.

At the very least it will provide you with peace of mind as you become more aware of your preferences and how they impact how you interact with others in life. Leap!

Unlocking the power of MBTI will provide clarity that just might surprise even you.

65.) Or Your Enneagram

If feeling overwhelmed has become your default setting and you’re searching for an antidote, why not try giving the Enneagram a go?

It is said that this ancient assessment tool can help bring clarity to your inner experience, allowing you to gain insight into how and why you think, feel, and act the way you do.

Doing so can give you self awareness through self-discovery as well as a greater understanding of yourself and others.

So if finding balance in life feels like a daunting task, let the Enneagram be your compass for navigating these turbulent seas – who knows where it may lead?!

66.) Write a Letter to Your Past Self

Taking a trip down memory lane can be both nostalgic and therapeutic.

Writing a letter to your past self is an insightful exercise that allows you to reflect on the moments you’ve been through with a new perspective.

Recording all the lessons and triumphs along the way can help bring inner peace today.

After writing, take a moment to envision sending this letter back in time, giving yourself words of encouragement from the other side of life’s journey.

Who knows, maybe you’ll even receive sound advice back from your younger self!

67.) Write Down Your Values

Writing down our values is essential for creating and maintaining a sense of peace.

We hold many beliefs and convictions without giving them much thought, but clarifying them in the form of written words can give us a sense of purpose and stability.

This exercise invites us to take the time to consider what matters most and articulate it in an enduring way that will act as a beacon through life’s storms.

It doesn’t have to be serious – regardless of what your values are, putting pen to paper is often enough to give you an inner equilibrium that might otherwise be difficult to find.

68.) Write Your Boundaries

Setting boundaries is an excellent way to ensure your inner peace remains intact.

They allow you to invest your time and energy in the relationships that bring you joy and success.

Establishing boundaries also helps us feel secure when faced with challenging circumstances, by enabling us to assertively protect our values and interests without pushing away those we care about.

Take a minute today to treat yourself to the gift of boundary-setting – the perfect way to achieve harmony and prosperity both within yourself and with others.

69.) Create a Photo Wall

Creating a photo wall in your home may sound like a time-consuming task, but it’s oh so worth it!

It adds an extra bit of charm to whatever room you choose and gives you all the feels.

You don’t need to dedicate an entire wall – just gathering a few of your favorite photos together is enough to come home to a serene atmosphere.

One glance at the photos can bring so much joy as they remind you of all the cherished memories you have created.

So go ahead, add a touch of personal style to your living space, and create that photo wall with some of your most beloved people and places – it’ll be surely worth it!

Molli Lou’s Marbles

It doesn’t have to be a traditional photo wall either! We include our favorite bloopers on ours, like one where my son and I somehow managed to both blink just in time for the candid pic my Hubby took! Have fun with it. Photoshop in a fave or hilarious celeb like Nicholas Cage or Danny DeVito. Put a photoshopped pic of your pup on a fake vacation. There are no rules, its your house! (okay we’ve got those too haha!)

70.) Spend Time with Animals

Spending time with animals doesn’t just provide us with cuteness overload – it can also do wonders for our health!

Animals can bring us back to the present moment, in a way that’s truly grounding and calming.

And if that isn’t quite enough, studies suggest that animal behavior may have something to do with a phenomenon known as morphic resonance.

This is the idea that animals vibrate in harmony with ancestral knowledge, learning from one another without having to say a word.

So why not learn from our furry friends and find that deep inner peace?

It’s purr-sonally my favorite method of relaxation!

71.) Replace Negative Self-Talk

Most of us talk more internally than we do externally, and yet rarely pay attention to what we say to ourselves.

Our inner dialogue is an important determiner of our happiness, anxiety levels, and sense of purpose.

Negativity and self-defeating thoughts lead to anxiety, anxiety leads to poor decisions, low self-esteem, and a general lack of life satisfaction; therefore, it is important to replace negative self-talk with words of encouragement, validation, and appreciation.

Acceptance is the main key because when you accept yourself as you are, your anxiety levels will start decreasing and you will be able to think more clearly while experiencing greater peace of mind.

So take the time to turn that negative monologue into a positive one – trust me, your future self will appreciate it!

72.) Go Foraging

Go foraging and you’ll reap the benefits of meditation and peace of mind without even having to put on meditation music or close your eyes.

Foraging is a great way to connect with nature, clear your mind, restore energy levels, and reduce stress.

Take a moment to reflect as you take in the sights and smells of the natural world around you.

You may discover that collecting wild edible plants can be an invigorating experience!

Not only will it teach self-sufficiency, but it’s also an activity that the whole family can enjoy together while appreciating mother nature.

Plus, you get food at the end of it all – what more could you want?

73.) Do Something Kind

When we’re feeling overwhelmed, it’s easy to forget that one of the simplest (and free!) ways to restore peace of mind is by doing something kind.

It doesn’t have to be anything big or extravagant; a nice smile or helping a friend with something they need can do wonders towards calming your inner self.

An unexpected act of kindness breaks up the monotony and allows us to appreciate how lucky we are and to get out of our heads for a bit.

Instead of focusing on what’s stressing us out, switch gears and inspire yourself (and others!) with a kind gesture that can make all the difference.

74.) Apologize Differently

Using the same tired “sorry” to mend fences only goes so far when it comes to getting peace of mind.

Try thinking outside the box when it comes to apologies.

Why not bake a cake or write a heartfelt poem?

A gift basket with a note sharing your thoughts or an afternoon spent volunteering together can be powerful tools for repair.

No matter what your approach, though, make sure it involves getting creative and showing commitment—but not too much commitment.

You don’t want things to get awkward!

75.) Do Something Spontaneous

Sometimes our minds are like a hamster spinning on its wheel – within the same generalized routine, day in and day out.

Resorting to something spontaneous can be an enjoyable departure from this never-ending merry-go-round of routines and expectations.

A whimsical act now and then is just the thing to break up the monotony and leave us feeling refreshed and content.

Doing something you’ve never done before, such as cooking a new type of cuisine, taking a solo walk in nature, or starting a creative project, can boost your creative energy for newfound inspiration that you wouldn’t otherwise gain from your tired old grind.

Now all that’s left is to burst forth from the hamster wheel and make it happen!

76.) Volunteer

Want to add some peace of mind to your life?

Why not give volunteering a try?

It will be sure to bring you the inner peace you’ve been craving since, well, always.

Don’t fret – no matter what time of year it is, there are bound to be opportunities that are perfect for you waiting nearby.

If you’re up for it, why not help out at an animal shelter or work with a charity?

Even putting in a few hours a week can bring you mental clarity and true joy as you make an impact on the lives of others in your community.

So don’t be shy – volunteer today and open up a whole world of possibilities!

77.) Go to the Farmer’s Market

Take a break from the worries of modern life, and head to your local farmer’s market.

There, you can pet goats, haggle for the freshest fruits and veggies, or simply chat with the friendly folks who are proud to call themselves farmers.

Go forth and enjoy an atmosphere of wholesomeness, void of pollsters asking how you’ll vote this fall or attempts upsell you on the latest three-in-one vacuum cleaner.

Take a deep breath of fragrant farm fresh air—you deserve it!

78.) Try Something New

It’s easy to stay in a rut, especially when it comes to our routines.

But by trying something new you can be invigorated and excited in ways that you never thought imaginable.

Step out of your comfort zone, take risks, and get ready to be amazed at how freeing it can feel.

Whether it’s learning to cook a new cuisine or exploring an unfamiliar neighborhood, there are so many possibilities that could just be waiting around the corner.

So don’t let yourself fall into complacency – push your boundaries and discover what hidden pleasures new experiences can bring!

79.) Birdwatch

Birdwatching is nature’s form of meditation!

Watching birds flutter around and hearing them chirp is like a soothing lullaby that can help you spiritually, mentally, and emotionally relax.

And if you’re worried that birdwatching will take up too much of your time, don’t be! Balancing birdwatching with your other activities makes every moment a little more special, turning mundane moments into something to look forward to.

80.) Take Accountability

Taking accountability for your emotions and actions is the first step to having a peaceful state of mind.

It may seem difficult at first, but shifting the perspective to looking inward rather than outward can ultimately lead to greater understanding and serenity.

Remember that no one has control over our thoughts — the power is in our hands.

Plus, it’s not like we don’t get enough practice — we have a lifetime of experience analyzing and coming up with solutions to our issues; so taking accountability should be a piece of cake!

The next time something isn’t going your way, try handling it with some self-reflection instead; you never know what inner peace you might find as a result.

81.) Identify Your Triggers

The most challenging part about finding inner peace is identifying the triggers that spark our negative emotions and how to proactively avoid them.

To start the process, it’s important to think critically about what puts you in a state of unrest.

It may be certain people, frequent arguments or even particular activities; whatever it may be, it’s essential to become aware of these triggers and remove them from your life to ensure a greater sense of mental clarity.

Once we rid ourselves of these sources of stress and anxiety, we are presented with the opportunity for a much more peaceful outlook on life!

82.) Learn Your Barriers to Critical Thinking

Everyone has barriers to critical thinking that they may not be aware of, but recognizing these can help promote inner peace.

It is time to take an honest look at yourself and identify the obstacles that are preventing you from looking at challenges in a reasoned and logical manner.

Start by isolating those cognitive and emotional processes that are hindering your capacity for assessment and problem-solving, then work towards eliminating or mitigating their effect on your life.

This will allow you to make decisions with greater ease and assurance, leaving you feeling much calmer and more collected.

Learning your barriers should not be a laborious affair; instead, it can be a rewarding journey toward improved clarity of thought.

83.) Grow Your Emotional Intelligence

Finding inner peace can seem like a daunting task since there are so many variables that come into play, including emotional intelligence.

Fortunately, emotional intelligence isn’t a mysterious concept and it’s something we can work at cultivating.

By developing our ability to be aware of our thoughts and emotions as well as those around us, we can make positive strides in achieving emotional stability for a greater sense of calm.

So take a few moments to focus on your emotional intelligence today – you’ll be glad you did!

84.) Have a (Necessary) Hard Conversation

Maybe it’s confronting a co-worker about an uncomfortable subject, having an honest dialogue with a partner about your expectations, or even finding the right words to express thoughts and feelings when you run into an old friend.

Whatever it might be, finding peace often requires us to take a step outside our comfort zone to have that necessary hard conversation.

So don’t beat around the bush, grab the bull by the horns, and start talking!

85.) See Yourself Based on Your Actions Rather Than Your Ideal Self Image

Having an ideal self-image is a noble goal, but chasing after it can cause more stress than peace of mind.

Sure, new years resolutions and dreamy aspirations give the thrill of hope, but it is liberating to stop striving for your “ideal self”.

Instead, start evaluating yourself based on actual actions and what you have accomplished – big or small.

This approach will keep you focused on the present and show appreciation for all that you already do.

And instead of comparing yourself to some perfection you’re constantly trying to reach, be proud when your daily actions are positively impacting your life.

That’s true success!

86.) Create a Bedtime Routine

Follow our simple bedtime routine – it’s got all the ingredients to help you drift off into tranquil bliss.

We recommend adding a soothing activity like reading or taking a hot bath to your evening ritual.

Allowing time to wind down with nourishing activities at night will ease stress and leave you feeling calmly prepared for sleep.

Cocktail hour, anyone?

Don’t mind if we do! Pour yourself a non-alcoholic beverage for relaxed mind peace and to say goodbye to the day in a soothing style.

The key is setting aside a consistent time each night that can be your own so that you start tomorrow energized and ready to take on the world (or just get out of bed…)!

87.) Play

Play should be seen as a vital component of doing just that; it is essential in keeping our brains working properly and finding balance.

Whether it’s taking up a new hobby or devoting an hour to playing a board game by yourself, allowing ourselves the chance to enjoy something light-hearted can pay off in ways we never thought possible.

Who says games can’t be serious business?

88.) Make a List

Making a list may not seem like the most glamorous thing to do, but it can be a key part of finding peace of mind.

Whether it’s writing down the items you need to buy at the grocery store, creating a top five list of goals for the week, or simply making sure you take oxygen into your lungs throughout your day, there’s something satisfying about checking an item off a list and feeling less out of control.

So if your peace of mind is as precious to you as that last slice of pizza in the fridge, then resist no longer – grab some paper and start those lists!

89.) Map Out It With MindMeister

Finding peace of mind when your thoughts are all over the place is tricky.

Its intuitive interface makes it easy for anyone to organize their thoughts and plan their next steps.

Plus, its sleek visuals give you a bird’s eye view of your projects and ideas – perfect if you want to figure out how to tackle those pesky tasks on your growing to-do list!

And best of all, MindMeister works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices so you can access it anywhere – giving you the power of clarity no matter where life takes you.

Now isn’t that something worth minding?

90.) Lymphatic Drainage

The lymphatic system is an expansive network of vessels, nodes, and glands that plays a critical role in our body’s overall well-being.

This complex system is super important to both the circulatory and immune functions, and supports the transportation of lymphatic fluid, the elimination of waste and toxins, and the protection against infections and diseases.

The lymphatic system is essential in maintaining homeostasis – the balance of bodily functions and systems – which, in turn, contributes to our physical and mental health.

The relationship between stress, the lymphatic system, and mental health is one of give and take.

Just as stress and mental health issues can negatively impact the lymphatic system, problems with the lymphatic system’s proper functioning can also contribute to mental health issues.

Inflammation due to an impaired immune system can affect brain function, possibly leading to anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders.

91.) Acupressure

Acupressure is a centuries-old technique of self-healing, yet it’s still relevant today and can do wonders for your peace of mind!

All you need is a free finger or two and you can start stimulating specific points on the body to bring relaxation, balance, and harmony.

Still skeptical?

Just try it out for yourself – whether it’s rubbing an acupoint or lying up against a wall for 15 minutes with a tennis ball between your shoulder blades, there are plenty of options to choose from!

If traditional Western medicine doesn’t seem to be doing enough to restore balance in your life, why not give acupressure a go?

Who knows – maybe it’ll provide the tranquility you seek!

92.) Do a Sugar Detox

Looking to reduce your anxiety while also improving your health?

Look no further than a sugar detox.

There’s nothing like giving up something sweet and delicious to engage in some self-care.

While the process itself can seem daunting, it’s amazing how much better you’ll feel after cutting sugar out of your diet.

It’s a simple yet effective way to reset your body, clear out toxins, and make you feel happier overall—all without relying on anxiety-alleviating medications.

Make it through the detox, and you’ll be well on your way to a healthier lifestyle!

93.) Reflect

Reflection has long been a tried and true way to reignite peace of mind.

Through pausing and taking stock of our lives, we can gain clarity on areas that need our attention.

Plus, it’s free with no hidden fees or surprises.

So why not take a few minutes out of your day to reflect?

You may find you feel more centered, grounded, and tranquil as a result – all the perks of reflection without even having to leave the house!

94.) Brown Opal Flint Infused Water

Do you ever feel exhausted despite a full night’s sleep?

Tired of feeling on edge and like you just can’t catch a break?

It may be time to infuse more silicea into your body with Brown Opal Flint Infused Water!

Not only does it taste great, but the infusion of silicon-rich flint provides essential minerals that improve energy reserves and create overall balanced well-being.

Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that this magical water will be giving your body what it needs to take on whatever comes your way!

95.) Social Purge

We all deserve healthy relationships in our lives and it’s often difficult to cultivate these when toxic individuals are present.

A social purge is a great way to reclaim your life and mental space from those draining people who create more harm than good.

They simply don’t deserve our attention and can easily be removed from the picture with a few strategic steps.

It almost feels like a liberation! Think we could all do with some extra peace of mind – kicking out the toxicity is one way to get there.

96.) Reassess Your Life and What You Want

Thinking about life and what you want for peace of mind isn’t always easy, but sometimes it’s necessary.

Reassessing our lives can be a humbling, yet uplifting experience that direct us towards paths of growth and fulfillment.

Taking a step back to gain perspective can be both a fun challenge and an important self-care practice.

So why not give it a go?

We may surprise ourselves at what we find when we take the time to reassess our lives, get creative, and seek out new possibilities!

97.) Master Emotional Regulation

If you want to get both your heart and mind in balance, master the art of emotional regulation.

It might seem tricky, but with a few key ingredients such as practice, patience, and presence of mind, you’ll be well on your way to becoming an emotional regulation virtuoso!

While it’s important to recognize emotions when they come up, it’s even more important to be able to gain control of them and express them appropriately.

Put yourself in a positive mindset, and practice mindful meditation and deep breathing exercises – these can all help you remain unhinged during times of high emotion.

With some commitment and persistence over time, emotional intelligence will no longer just be ideal; you’ll experience the clarity that comes with peace of mind.

98.) Get Out of the Victim Mentality

Aren’t you (or others!) tired of you constantly being a victim?

Always feeling as though you never get a break from life’s trials and tribulations?

Well, it’s time to take off the victim hat and put on your superhero cape!

By shifting to an empowered mindset, you can free yourself of the negative feelings associated with being in a perpetual state of disempowerment.

Embracing an attitude that recognizes not just the hard parts of life but also the potential for growth makes it easier to find inner peace no matter what life throws your way.

When you walk away from the negative victim mentality, you open up possibilities that were once out of reach and gain true freedom within.

So stand up, Superman. It’s time to reclaim power and create peace of mind within yourself.

99.) Learn Objectivity

The ability to remain objective even in difficult situations is an essential skill for proper emotional well-being.

Those with a strong inner compass are unswayed by their thoughts, feelings, or opinions and can assess any situation objectively without letting emotions run the show.

Objectivity allows us to approach difficult situations with clear judgment, which can lead to better decision-making.

Mindful self-reflection is key here – having the insight to recognize patterns in our thinking and reactions will give us a better chance of finding harmony with our internal state.

To stay objective, it’s important to practice building healthy emotional resilience – maintain compassionate understanding for ourselves and others so that we can handle any life curveball that comes our way!

100.) Embrace Collaboration, Community, and Connection

When it comes to finding peace of mind, many think a solo pursuit is an answer.

And while that’s a great place to start, there are proven benefits when it comes to working collaboratively with a supportive community.

Not only does collaboration provide perspective from others, but it also allows us to reach goals quicker than when going at it alone.

Beyond that, connection helps create strong social bonds and health among individuals which add more fuel to the fire in terms of staying motivated and achieving success.

So next time you’re feeling overwhelmed or looking for success, don’t be too quick to go it alone, embrace collaboration instead.

101.) Release Perfectionism

Perfectionism can be a powerful motivator, but it can also be incredibly draining.

The impossible standards we set for ourselves when taking on perfectionist tendencies can lead to enormous amounts of stress and frustration.

We may find ourselves in an endless cycle of evaluating our performance and battling against the inner voice constantly telling us that we’re never quite measuring up.

To give ourselves the best chance at achieving those happy moments of true peace of mind, sometimes it pays to take a step back and let go of the relentless pursuit of perfectionism.

Remember; all you have to strive for is ‘better’ than yesterday, not perfect!

102.) Learn to Ask for Help (and Accept Help!)

Learning to ask for and accept help is one of the best ways to reduce stress and be at peace.

If you think about it, there’s something almost magical about reaching out for a little help from time to time – whether it’s getting a friend to review your latest essay or proudly accepting your colleague’s offer of picking up lunch for everyone.

That way, you can focus on making big strides in life instead of worrying about smaller tasks that may pull you back from achieving success.

Plus, don’t forget the happiness and relief you feel when someone else comes to your rescue in times of need!

So next time you find yourself stuck, remember: Asking for (and accepting) help doesn’t make you look weak…it makes you wise!

103.) Have a Low Spend Month

Looking to reset your finances while feeling a sense of accomplishment, and peace of mind?

Why not give yourself a challenge and have a low spend month?

For thirty days, you can cut back on non-essential expenses and put more money into your bank account.

That could mean budgeting more on groceries than usual, or going out with friends for free activities like bowling at the park or playing board games at home.

At the end of it, you won’t just have some extra cash–you’ll also have the satisfaction of knowing that you gave yourself an achievable goal and conquered it!

peace of mind

104.) Focus on Experiences, Not Things

Satisfaction doesn’t always come in the form of a new car, designer clothes, or cutting-edge gadgets. Sure, material possessions can bring us joy and comfort, but long-term peace of mind is found through experiences more so than objects.

For those with wanderlust, how about planning a trip to a faraway place?

Or simpler pleasures like taking up a hobby or picking up a new skill are great options for finding contentment.

Of course, breaking away from our normal routine can seem scary at first because it requires effort, but the reward and relaxation are worth it in the end.

So focus on experiences rather than things for real peace of mind!

105.) Have a Growth Mindset

Having a growth mindset means understanding that our abilities and intelligence are not set in stone – they can, and do, improve over time when we put the effort in.

In other words, viewing failure as an opportunity to learn and grow rather than passing judgment on ourselves.

Not only will this help you stay motivated and driven to achieve your goals, but you will also experience greater ease and clarity from a psychological point of view.

It’s no wonder why having a growth mindset has been associated with feeling greater contentment and resilience!

So get on board with the growth train- it’ll make all the difference for your peace of mind.

106.) Understand Your Homeostasis

Homeostasis is a complex but important mechanism that allows our bodies to stay relatively balanced and maintain a degree of comfort even in the face of multiple challenges or stressors.

It can be easy to get overwhelmed by the idea of maintaining such a delicate balance, but understanding what homeostasis involves is key to keeping your peace of mind.

From basic biological needs like temperature regulation to more nuanced details like having healthy relationships, homeostasis is likely already actively at work in your life.

A comprehensive understanding can help you make sense of any inconsistencies while finding harmony and enjoying consistent happy vibes.

107.) Don’t Give Up– Growth Isn’t Linear

When it comes to finding peace of mind, the path forward isn’t always a smooth one.

Sure, we’d all like to think our road ahead is a perfectly linear trend line stretching out into eternity.

But the truth is, life rarely works out that way. Never give up!

Growth and happiness are often winding paths, requiring effort, resilience, and perseverance.

Though it can be tempting to look at the proverbial horizon and despair when times get tough,

just remember that success has never been more attainable than when you don’t let go even in the face of hardship.

Don’t give up – keep your dreams alive by sticking to your course even when progress is hard-won!

What Is Peace of Mind?

Achieving peace of mind is like the quest for the Holy Grail: a seemingly unattainable goal.

It’s an emotional state that many of us strive for, but few attain. We want it, but struggle to find it in our day-to-day lives.

Whether we navigate difficult relationships, grapple with work worries, or handle financial strain, achieving internal calm is easier said than done.

But if you commit to building resilience and focus on finding joy in life’s simple moments, soon enough your peace of mind will be as priceless as that long-lost grail.

How Can Peace of Mind Benefit You

Living with peace of mind can have its benefits.

Most notably, it can help you take life a little less seriously, enabling you to enjoy the moment without worrying about what the future may hold.

It provides an opportunity to destress and focus on the brighter side of life.

When you’re at ease, even difficult times become easier to manage because you no longer feel weighed down by anxiety or frustration.

In essence, having peace of mind cultivates a mindset that ultimately enables us to view life’s experiences in a more constructive light.

So why not aim for a little inner calm and reap all the delicious rewards?
