My Experiences When I feel Defeated

When I feel defeated, it’s like all of the hope is lost and I’m overwhelmed.

As if I am swimming against a current that just keeps getting stronger and stronger, no matter how hard I try nothing seems to change. 

The times when I’m feeling defeated have been when things don’t go my way despite putting in so much effort; when something that seemed so close slips away with each wave of disappointment crashing over me. 

It’s like my efforts are wasted and no matter what I do, the outcome won’t be any different. 

I am feeling defeated, completely and utterly hopeless.

The feeling of being completely outmatched and powerless is incredibly crushing, but I know these moments can teach me something valuable about resilience, about not giving up even when things don’t go as planned. 

When these situations arise, I need to take a step back and evaluate what went wrong and why so that maybe next time I can learn from my mistakes and do better. 

Reminding myself that failure isn’t an end but rather a learning curve helps me get through those tough moments without letting them define me or overtake me entirely. 

Despite how tough the situation may be, or how much Im feeling defeated, I need to stay hopeful and remember there are always other solutions available to find the best outcome possible.
